Now here's the scoop....... 

PARTY PACKAGE: $350

Our private space can accommodate up to 60 guests (adult AND children age 1 and over). With the demand for smaller parties, we will be offering a discounted party package with the additional per person charge over 15 guests (adult AND children age 1 and over). PLEASE NOTE: the additional guest charge is for each adult AND child. Any child under the age 1 is free of charge. For more additional details, please see our FAQs below.

Package includes:

  • Private use of entire space: playspace and event room for food and cake

  • 120 minutes**: 75 minutes open play + 45 minutes food and cake

  • 8 helium balloons

  • Paper goods for children and adult

  • Water and pizza for the children

  • Personalized birthday banner

  • Upgraded decor can be added for an additional cost

  • Includes 15 guests (any adult or child age 1 and above). Each additional guest (up to 50 capacity) is $20 / person.

** Additional time can be added for $50/30 minutes

Additional Food:

  • You can order additional food directly from our recommended vendors (Presto’s and Son Cubano) or you can also bring in your own food. Our only restriction is no nuts as we are a nut-free facility.

Add-ons available:

  • $20 / additional person over 15 people age 1 and above. (if legal capacity is over 15 people on the date of the party).

  • $100: Themed and personalized decorations (digital invite, water bottle wraps, napkin holders, centerpieces, chairbacks and favor tags). We do all themes in any colors you would like!

  • $75+: Balloon garland at cake table (pricing depending on length)

  • Additional custom decor: please email us with details / photos for custom pricing. Check our Insta page for inspiration, we can do it all!

  • $300: Food package including 3 pizza pies for the adults, a 6” buttercream cake, 12 favor cookies, 12 mini cupcakes from Hudson Cakery

When?

When are birthday parties held? 

Private events can be held on Saturday and Sundays. If you would like to hold an event on Mon, Wed or Fri, please contact us directly for availability.

How Many?

What are the maximum number of guests at a party?

There is a maximum of 60 guests (any combination of adults + children). The package includes 15 people and each additional guest (adult and child age 1 and over) is $20. Any children under 1 is free of charge.

 

Length?

How long is each party?

Each party is 2 hours long, depending on package.  Extra time can be added on. Upon arrival, the children are checked in, remove their shoes, and enter the playspace for free play and partying!

PRICING?

The $350 package includes 15 guests and please note, this includes adults AND children and the birthday child and family is included in the count. Each additional guest charge is for adult AND children. Any child under the age of 1 is free of charge. We do not do a per child pricing as we also host mostly adult parties as well (bridal showers, first birthdays) so this pricing offers value for all types of parties.

DECOR?

Can I bring my own or what decor options do you offer?

You are welcome to bring your own decor and included in your package is 30 minutes of our staff set up time. The $100 theme upgrade includes a digital invite, personalized centerpieces, chairbacks, personalized water bottle wraps and personalized napkin wraps, personalized favor tags in the theme of your choice. We also offer balloon garlands for $75 (partial garland) and $150 (full garland).  Custom decoration and pricing is also available, please inquire directly for a decor consultation.

What themes do you offer?

We are proud to offer some of the most stylish parties this side of the Hudson! Our popular themes include: circus, city zoo, farm, firefighter, pirate, princess, super hero, trains and cars, vintage western. As we handcraft all our decorations, we only offer custom themes for deluxe and premium packages. Check out some of our themes and decor on Pinterest or Instagram.             

 

Extras?

Are there extras that can be added to parties?

Absolutely! We are proud to have a fantastic vendor list of local, trusted businesses with whom we work with often. From face painters, to photographers, to the most beautiful costumed princess North of "The Happiest Place on Earth", you name it, we can point you in the right direction. 

 

SET UP TIME?

How early can I come before the party begins?

Private use of the space begins at the start of your party time. You are allowed to come 30 minutes before the start of your party to settle in and set up but private use of the space is not guaranteed. If you want additional set up time, you must book private use of the space before your party start time.

            

Cancellation?

What is your cancellation policy?

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book every party or private event. Upon paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions of the HHP party agreements which include full cost of party charged when a party is cancelled within 14 (fourteen) days of the booked party date. To avoid the full cost of party charge, we must be given a 30 day cancellation by phone and you must receive an email confirmation from our staff that your party has been cancelled within the 30 day time frame. 

 

Outside Food?

Is outside food allowed for adults?

Additional pizzas can be purchased for adult guests and added to your invoice. Hudson's also offers a pre-fix catering menu from a few of our neighboring restaurants.  Hudson's House of Play is a *NUT FREE FACILITY* therefore outside foods must not contain any nuts whatsoever.

Supervision?

Are children allowed to be dropped off for birthday parties and private events?

A responsible adult must accompany and supervise every child during birthday parties and private events. Hudson's House of Play will assume no responsibility for unsupervised children attending private events.
